Join us for a dining experience with a difference at The Black Lion, Long Melford,
in partnership with Sapling vodka.

Enjoy a 5-course menu that focuses on foraged ingredients, minimising food waste and sustainable sourcing. This creative menu will shine a light on the possibilities for zero-waste cooking without compromising on taste, flavour, and fun.

Our restaurant will be transformed into woodland nirvana by floristry expert Amelia Cornish. Think foraged foliage with whimsical twists. Guests will also take away a goody bag, courtesy of Sapling.

Sapling, our partner for the event, has a passion for high quality British spirits and the natural world and for every bottle of Sapling vodka sold, they plant a tree. They work closely with local councils and charities to help restore Britain's forests, including nearby in Norfolk. 

To complement the food experience, Sapling have created two special vodka cocktails for you to enjoy on the night.

Tickets are £55 per guest and includes a 5-course meal and two vodka cocktails, courtesy of Sapling.
